Raqeeb Universal Inc (RUI) was founded in 1980 with licenses granted by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to fully operate as a duly legitimate land-based private recruitment agency. Since 1980, we have rendered services internationally deploying workers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We were able to deploy nearly thousands workers up to present. From professionals such as engineers, computer programmers/designer, Cad operators, medical staff as physicians, nurses, dentists, physical therapist, medical technicians, hotel and supermarket personnel and skilled workers for construction as well as workshop workers down to housemaid and other household helper.
